Please note that the jewelry sold on **Padma's Collections** consists of high-quality **gold-plated**, **imitation**, and **fashion jewelry**.

WE DO NOT SELL REAL GOLD, DIAMONDS, OR PRECIOUS METALS. All references to "gold," "silver," or "diamond" in product names or descriptions refer to the **color, plating, or style** of the item, not the material composition.

2. Payment Policy

We currently accept payments exclusively via **UPI QR Code** at checkout.

• Please ensure you scan the QR code correctly during the secure checkout process.
• Orders will only be processed and shipped once the payment transfer is successfully verified by our team.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently **unavailable**.

3. Usage & Care

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, we recommend:

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and water.
• Store items in an airtight box or pouch when not in use.
• We are not responsible for tarnishing caused by improper care or exposure to moisture.

4. Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically dispatched within **24-48 hours** of payment confirmation.

**Returns/Exchanges:** We accept returns only in the case of **damaged** or **incorrect** items received. An unboxing video is **mandatory** to claim a refund or replacement. Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
